SIGNA Retail forms an advisory board

Strategic advisory board with renowned personalities established for SIGNA Retail +++ Consulting legend Prof. Roland Berger, Fressnapf founder and owner Torsten Töller, entrepreneur and manager Harald Christ, as well as David Bosshart, leading international trend and consumer researcher will be members of this new board +++ Dieter Berninghaus, Chairman of the Executive Board of SIGNA Holding, will take on the role of Chairman

Zurich, 15 March 2018 – The SIGNA Retail Group appoints an advisory board for the support and further development of its international growth strategy. The new SIGNA advisory board’s members will be consulting legend Prof. Roland Berger, founder and owner of the European pet food chain Fressnapf, Torsten Toeller, entrepreneur and manager Harald Christ (Deputy Chairman), as well as David Bosshart, one of the leading international trend and consumer researchers.

Dieter Berninghaus, Chairman of the Executive Board of SIGNA Holding, will take on the role of Chairman.

SIGNA Retail is thus following the long-term concept for success of the SIGNA Group by providing its divisions with experienced advisory boards with excellent entrepreneurial expertise to support their strategic development. The SIGNA Retail advisory board will start its activities in March 2018.
