Opposite the KaDeWe, SIGNA is developing a mixed-use property that uses the available space ideally: The basement building will cover the entire area of the Passauer Strasse 1-3.

On this plinth a building will be erected along the street, its height will reflect the existing block edge development. In the central part of the site, a high-rise building with twelve storeys is planned, which will have the same height as the KaDeWe. The roofs of the houses will be planted and can partly be used as terraces. A five-storey public underground car park with over 400 parking spaces will be built, which will be available to KaDeWe customers.

The planned new building has approx. 20,000 m² of rentable space for various commercial uses. Retail space is planned on the ground floor, first floor and first basement. Offices are planned on the floors above. The shops will be accessed from the street via the ground floor.
