A modern building with a variety of utilisations on 18,000 square metres of rental space is being built on one of the last undeveloped sites on Schönhauser Allee in Prenzlauer Berg. The building closes the 4,500 square metres gap between Schönhauser Allee 8, a listed building, and the Nürnberger Versicherung office building at Schönhauser Allee 10. It is also intended to link Schönhauser Allee to Strassburger Straße. Inspired by the typical courtyard structures of old-time Berlin, this project also makes use of inner courtyards.
