The newly built UPPER WEST in Berlin, which, at 119 metres is one of the tallest buildings in Berlin, includes offices, a hotel and retail space. Thanks to its attractive architecture by Christof Langhof, the building enjoys high recognition value and a particularly high profile in the booming City West area.

The UPPER WEST is developing into a landmark property in Berlin’s best location next to the Memorial Church. The new structure consists of a tower building with 34 floors, as well as an 8-floor podium, and was completed in early 2017. The approx. 53,000 m² commercial space is almost fully leased. The main tenants are Motel One, GÖRG Rechtsanwälte, WeWork and Görtz Schuhe.
